add script to pull json from the-via repo on github

the via jsons will work for building vial and this should be made known to those reading the documentation. There is no reason for people to need to make their own json. The files for already supported via boards are here: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/the-via/keyboards/master/src/cftkb/mysterium/mysterium.json
That is open source, people can freely use them.
