Add layer mod to layer tab in the UI

Currently there is no ui item for LM(layer,mod) in the GUI. As a workaround it can be added with the ANY macro, but should be included as well in the GUI.

I wonder what that workaround "ANY macro" looks like. I cant seem to figure it out. Could anyone enlighten me, please?

I am basically trying to make a windows editor style editor layer. When I hold down a key I want my navigation layer on, while shift is pressed. That way I can mark text conveniently.
