Ability to reorder/renumber of the tabs for layers, combos, overrides, macros etc.

It would be great to be able to reorder (by dragging) the numbered tabs, to keep it more organized. It should be independent of the actual keycap assignments, i.e. reordering the tabs should preserve (update) the key assignments.
The most useful and practical would be reordering/renumbering of the layers.

This would be especially useful for layers where which order they are in actually have a functional meaning. (can't call lower layers from higher layers https://github.com/qmk/qmk_firmware/blob/master/docs/feature_layers.md#advanced-users-idadvanced-users)
